So pleased that you are feeling better, It takes a while I know.
I started back to work full time again this week, finding it a struggle as am so tired but hoping that will pass.
On a brighter note am well enough to return so ....still having physio for the foot but it is making progress I think..
Am painting as much as possible but weekends mostly at the moment the workday is just too much during the week.
I added 3 abstracts last week, so hoping getting back on track.
I resent every day wasted NOT painting but have to go with the flow at the moment.
Dear Thomas, you ask a good question. More than a critic I am an art historian, I have an art company in London "Artstur"which deals mainly with Italian Art through the presentation of Artists and artistic movement, books on art and history of art done by eminent historians and the books authors who live in London or pass through London sometimes at out request. We also organize many art touts to Italy at times to visit particular exhibitions. Mainly of classical art. Many London critics and art jounalists lecture for us and I have written books on the Renaissance and many exhibition catalogues also some articles for Italian Newspapers. But I am afraid not on request.
I am interested in your pointillist works since pointillism is one of my favourite schools. In London we have great examples in the National Gallery as you well know. But how can you do that with photographs? Or have I not understood your media?
How did you do it? By producing such beautiful art... We have just started a program of selecting Artwork of the Week. I will explain more about it this weekend in a broadcast announcement. Well done.
Thank you for the kind words, Thomas. Your pieces are brilliantly done, they have honesty, and emotion.
Have you ever heard of lowe mill in huntsville?
I am in awe of the mood and expression of your work, some of your greatest details I enjojed visually is in the expression captured. Thank you for your comment, was a delight viewing your art, I'll be coming by to gaze some more.
Hi Thomas, my faeries are done in pointilism with pen and ink, they are my first works done with this technique. I have a long way to go before i reach your standard. Thank you for your comments.
Hi Thomas, your work is superb, i'm a big fan of pointilism and the slow and methodical approach, though i have ventured into quick and spontaneous recently.
