About Me:

I make my living as an artist. I grew up painting and drawing. Right now I paint mostly murals so I do a lot of climbing. I never watch television, always listen to music. I love horses and learned to ride when I was a kid.

About My Art:

I have painted since I was a small child. Now I paint for a living . I do murals , portraits, tile painting, canvas painting, and more.

I like a variety of music including Texas country and rock

How wonderful that you are sustaining such a beautiful ancient practice as murals! Do you do fresco? I love this medium ~ prepping the wall, feeling the color pigments be absorbed by the wall.... I studied buon fresco in Ceri, Italy (40 km outside of Rome) a few years ago. Love it, love it, love it! MCJ

Well my foot has worked in my favour as I painted up a little sketch, a nude, that I drew at a drawing evening I attend once a month. I posted it onto another site and within six minutes someone wanted to buy it, I told them it was crap and on crappy sketchbook paper but they still wanted it so I gave it to them,posted to switzerland, then he e mailed me and asked me to illustrate his book of poetry, all nudes 12 and the front and back cover, and I can do it sitting down!! so I was well chuffed.

Your work is looking great as always. I am working on a plan to get my day job down to 2 days a week to spend more time doing the things I want to do. Will see how that works out. Nice to be in touch again
