I am a stuckist artist and have just been invited to add my pennys worth to a research project for leeds uni about stuckism. I replied to the enquiry and said that i agree with most stuckist ideas particularly the notion that installation art needs to be lauded and worshipped less and innovative traditional art promoted more. The fun of dip dapping on a snow ice hill with prints!

Oh god on tue i wish it had not been a snowin and icy like a patchy skate rink! I had to take some prints to john moores for a trade fair in france i am participating in for fabric designers to buy cutting edge designs. The taxi driver i got had no idea where the building was and he put me off at another john moores building. Had to phone up and get directions, hilarity when walking round lost in ballet pumps on slippery snow armed with a massive folder of prints. The building as it turned out h… Continue

Here is my finished work of create a buncut member art exploration to draw members. I decided to draw phillip as an urban skyline very funky and influenced by graffiti, michelle as a gothic fairy as she draws fairies and has an interest in gothic culture, myself as a fairy, and thomas hodges with a crown of nude women on a womans dress. The mission - to create a piece of work based on a buncut member; their photo, artwork or profile. I use make up in my paintings

Yes, i know, you are thinking what? Why should you stick to paint and pencils? To get lovely natural iridescence on my fairies and i like to use make up to literally make up a drawn or photo of a woman with make up. Eyeko make up is super cute its pink and its so sparkly! Its perfect for my work. Did you know eyeko means love in japanese? All the range is a fiver yet it has the kudos of more expensive and less cute make up. Shepard Fairey is suing a guy who makes this little doll kind of like a bobble doll that has something to do with the Pittsburg steelers a football team. The doll comes with a motto OBEY STEELERS NOW or somethng like that. He's sueing because the OBEY he says copies his OBEY not sure if its for the word or the typeface. The typeface is similiar. Do you think he should sue he is the same artist who did the Obama portrait from an AP photo and refused to pay the photographer anything saying it was public domain. AP got tons of flack for suggesting he should pay the photographer. this is different from the tatoo but also about similiar issues - what do you think. The football guy has only sold a few bobble dolls and Fairey is probably helping sell more with the publicity.
