- About Me:
- ERIC HALL dedicated his time to painting in 1996, after a long rewarding career
in advertising. His formal art education began in his native England at
the Liverpool School of Art.
After immigrating to the United States, he studied with the late portraitist,
Edmund Archer, at the Corcoran School of Art.
His education has continued with courses at Pennsylvania Academy
of the Fine Arts.
He is a member of the PAFA Fellowship.
- About My Art:
- As an artist, I have a myriad of thoughts, impressions, approaches,
that constantly percolate to the surface of my mind.
I try to focus these ideas on canvas as an interplay of color
and light and space. These paintings I call 'Collimations'.
What I'm attempting to do is make paintings that are
as varied as music, paintings that reflect nothing but my own thoughts
and, like music, represent only themselves.
Some are large, some are small. They would all equally enhance a home
or a corporate space. They are all for sale and they can be seen
on my website.
I am interested in inquiries regarding gallery representation.

I'm glad you like my work. You are right, when I started painting I was obsessed with Delaunay, Picabia, and the futurist Boccioni, and most of my work I think was very influenced by them :)
