Just wondered, as the beginning would have been the sound of Taurus as the skin of a black bull ( star on forehead) drum made of a certain tree &c.
I can not quite remember and its lurking in the brain file some place!
Do you know, or is this found object without reference?
Have you seen it? Has it any lines on it, like sort of match stick looking lines?

In my process, if rationality enters my brain, then my creativity is weakened. Spontaneity is essential to my work. During the making of a piece, when I stand back from it, it is to observe the result of my spontaneous creative process. At that time, I suppose one could say that my rational side 'cleans it up', but I prefer to think of it as 'going in & out of self', for the integration of my earthly perceptions to my work (this was a spontaneous thought... I think!).

Definitely, for me to find own voice, own place. I like to experiment with different mediums as well and textiles too. I am interested in most forms of visual expression.I can't stand stinginess with paint and I hate flat thinned down paint on canvas.
Well, before I got stuck with foot and leg up to knee in plaster ( at least another 3weeks to go) I was scaling up Golden Raija to approx 3'4" x 4'6" but I cant stand at the easel so frustrated there.
Will try to work on a smaller canvas but leg always in the way then starts acheing so I am pretty bummed at the moment, have to get some painting s over to Welwyn Garden City on Saturday, but may have to give that a miss and need to meet person in London at end of the month so if plaster not off I will be sick as a pig. why do things always start to happen when you are stuffed!!
Oh well will have to wait and see.

- Very cool, now im even more interested in your work, I love Kandinsky, I don't try to emulate because that is all it would be, a pale imitation, but I just love that guy.
I like lots of others but woud take too long and life is too short. What are you working on now?
